PURCHASING/BESPOKE ORDERS - if you would like to purchase from my website or order a bespoke item please contact me and I will be pleased to help you.

Purchases from the website of completed items may take up to 24hrs to despatch. Bespoke orders may take up to three weeks depending upon current orders placed. All items will be carefully packaged to avoid damage, however collection from my studio can be arranged if you are within the local area.

PAYMENT - Can be made via BACS transfer / SUM UP / Cash on collection. 

RETURNS -  Returns and exchanges are accepted except for bespoke items.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. You have 30 days from item delivery to return this item back to myself.
